Who is David Cummings?

Who indeed? A man who has been paid money all his life for talking to people, writing and performing.
Born in London, he left school to become a salesman by day and a club comedian by night.
He has run his own companies producing movies and records, working with the BBC, Decca Records, EMI.
He was the managing director of The Newsletter People.
So he understands the business world.

What then? 20 years as a comedy writer (or 'comedian's labourer') creating TV shows for everyone from Dave Allen to Dick Emery - Tom Jones to Rolf Harris.

Why Oz? Cut to 1983. David was brought to Sydney by Reg Grundy to work for Grundy TV. Then he moved on to corporate videos and company presentations and producing newsletters for companies like Pitney Bowes, Contiki, Legal & General, UBD and Wyeth.

Now he's back to his first love - speaking behind the lectern, sending up corporate clichés and making the people laugh. How? Presenting a hoax, folks.
